Nordic walking – how to do it right?
In Nordic walking, coordination between your body and the sticks is important. Therefore, remember to synchronize your limbs and sticks. When stepping forward with your right leg, simultaneously engage your left hand.
The swing of the leg should be initiated by the movement of the arm. The hand in front ends the movement at the level of the navel. At this time, the opposite limb runs out as far as the buttock. Do not forget about a firm grip, firmly driving the stick into the ground, and then successively releasing the grip. The whole process mentioned above is repeated periodically throughout the walk, so that the right rhythm is maintained.
